Griffin Collective was founded in 2016 by Bradley Basker, who at the time was building a career as a musician, author, and events host. To support his creative work, he relied on his skills in journalism, design, and marketing to develop websites, promote events, and grow an audience. As his projects gained visibility, others began reaching out for support—and what began as a personal toolkit quickly evolved into a full-service digital agency.

Today, Griffin Collective works with clients across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Oceania, offering strategy, design, and marketing services that help businesses communicate clearly, grow sustainably, and stay focused on what they do best. Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do—we use our digital and creative expertise to help organizations and individuals share their unique narratives with impact and intention. Our Founder
Bradley Basker, MLA is a digital strategist and founder of Griffin Collective, a remote-first consultancy helping startups and businesses grow through strategic audits, brand messaging, lead generation, and operational clarity. He specializes in digital marketing, web systems, and sustainable digital strategy.

Previously, Bradley was Director of Business Development and Natural Resources at RedStone Business Consulting, where he led sourcing, onboarding, and process design initiatives across multiple business units.

He is currently completing his PhD at the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao, Spain, researching how digital platforms shape intercultural and digital competencies—insight that informs his work in UX, cross-market strategy, and digital education.
