Founded in 2016 by Bradley Basker, Griffin Collective began as a personal toolkit for promoting creative projects. Over time, it evolved into a full-service agency working with clients across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

Today, we help organizations craft strategies, design impactful online experiences, and build marketing systems that communicate clearly, grow sustainably, and scale with confidence. Whether it’s launching a new Square Online store,  integrating POS across multiple locations, or designing a conversion-focused website, we bring clarity and collaboration to every step of the process.

Our Founder

Bradley Basker, MLA, is a digital strategist and founder of Griffin Collective, a remote-first consultancy helping startups and businesses grow through strategic audits, brand messaging, lead generation, and operational clarity. He specializes in digital marketing, web systems, sustainable digital strategy, and Square POS & eCommerce setup for single or multilocation businesses.

Previously, Bradley was Director of Business Development and Natural Resources at RedStone Business Consulting, where he led sourcing, onboarding, and process design initiatives across multiple business units.

​

He is currently completing his PhD at the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao, Spain, researching how digital platforms shape intercultural and digital competencies—insight that informs his work in UX, cross-market strategy, and digital education.

Bradley brings cross-industry experience in biopharma, wellness, retail, education, therapy, tech, and more. His consultation style blends strategic vision with actionable, platform-specific advice—ensuring that whether a client needs Square POS integrated across multiple locations, a custom eCommerce build, or a streamlined digital ecosystem, the end result is both functional and future-ready.
