You’ll leave with a documented action plan covering brand clarity, content structure, platform choices, lead generation systems, and automation strategy—plus the option to continue with monthly check-ins or implementation support. Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking Policy – Griffin Collective Consultations By booking a session with Griffin Collective, you agree to the following terms: 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Sessions are non-refundable, but rescheduling options are available under the conditions below. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellation You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 12 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will result in the loss of your payment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, you may reschedule your session one time for a rebooking fee of $50. Rebooking must occur within 30 days of the original appointment date. 🧾 Intake Form Requirement A discovery intake form will be sent automatically after booking. This form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. Sessions without a completed form may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of Griffin Collective. 📞 No-Show Policy If you miss your session without notice, your payment is forfeited. You may rebook the same session for a $50 fee within 30 days.
